Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be physically located in the United States.
• You must complete on-device age verification before joining tables.
• If your jurisdiction restricts even play-money poker apps, you must not use this app.

Quad Aces lets activated players join virtual poker tables and play with non-redeemable virtual chips. Tables, sessions, and chip balances are administered by an authorized operator. Only an authorized administrator can activate accounts, load chips, or unload chips. Players cannot do these themselves.

You agree that:

• Chips have no monetary value.
• You will never attempt to exchange chips for real money or anything of value.
• The app provides no mechanism to deposit, withdraw, transfer, or cash-out real money.
• Any external arrangements between users to convert chips to value are strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent ban.

• One account per person.
• Sharing accounts, automation, bots, collusion, chip-dumping, or any form of cheating result in immediate termination.
• Multi-accounting (creating multiple accounts to game the activation system) is prohibited.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.

Card shuffling uses a cryptographically secure random number generator (CSPRNG) with a verifiable per-hand seed. Hands and actions are logged for audit. No house advantage is built into the deal.

An admin activates your account for a defined period (e.g. 2 hours, 1 day, etc.). When the activation expires, the app removes you from any active seats and re-locks your account until an admin re-activates you. Some tables levy a small chip fee per six minutes seated as configured by the operator. These chips are virtual and have no real-money value.

• You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or applicable law.
• On account deletion, identifying personal data is removed; certain audit-log entries may remain in anonymized form.

The app is provided "as is". We make no warranties of uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for any private arrangements between users that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Texas state courts.

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
