Privacy Policy

Quad Aces is a private play-money poker room operated for use within the United States, primarily Texas. The app does not accept real-money deposits and never pays out real money or anything of value. Chips in the app have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.

• Account information: username, email address, hashed password.
• Identity verification: on first sign-in, we ask you to scan or upload a government-issued photo ID to verify you are at least 18. The full image and date of birth never leave your device. Only the driver license number and an age bracket (18–24, 25–34, etc.) are sent to our servers.
• Gameplay data: hands played, actions taken, chip balance, table seating. This is logged to our audit trail and used to display your hand history.
• Device information: minimal — IP address, app version, basic crash diagnostics.

• To run the game and show your account balance and history.
• To verify you are 18 or older before allowing table access.
• To detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
• To send service messages such as account-status notifications.
• We do not sell your information. We do not show third-party advertisements.

• We do not collect your full date of birth on our servers — only an age bracket.
• We do not collect payment-card data; the app has no real-money payments.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.

We share information only with the service providers required to operate the app:

• Hosting: DigitalOcean (USA region).
• Database / file storage: Supabase (USA region).

We do not share with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics resellers.

You can:

• Access a summary of your account data via the in-app profile screen.
• Request correction of inaccurate data by contacting support.
• Delete your account and personal data from inside the app (Settings → Delete Account). After deletion, your username, email, ID number, and personal details are removed from our database. Aggregate game-history rows may remain in audit logs in anonymized form, as required by responsible-gaming retention practices.
• California residents (CCPA) and other US residents with state privacy rights: you may submit a request by emailing us. We do not sell personal information.

The app is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. We perform an on-device age check using a government-issued ID. Anyone under 18 is blocked from the app. If you believe a minor has accessed an account, contact support immediately.

All network traffic uses HTTPS / TLS. Passwords are stored using bcrypt with a strong work factor. Card-shuffling uses a cryptographically secure random number generator with a verifiable seed audit trail.

This app is intended for residents of Texas, USA. The app is a play-money entertainment product. It is not a real-money gaming product as defined under Texas Penal Code §47.02 because no money or thing of value is risked or won. Chips have no cash redemption value.

If we materially change how we handle data, we will update this page and notify users in the app. Continued use after the change indicates acceptance.
